The U.S. Pacific Island Bulletin is a newsletter about U.S. Post Offices in the Pacific area (including Guam, Midway Is., the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa and the successor administrations in the Caroline, Marshall and Line islands).  Published since May 1993 it appears to primarily cover modern day stamps and postal history from the islands, but there are numerous updates to Bob Murphy’s A Postal History/Cancellation Study of the U.S. Pacific Island, which could be quite useful. An index to the first 73 issues through September 2014 are linked to this site.
